WorkIQ ("we", "us", "our") provides project management tools for remote teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using WorkIQ, you agree to this policy.

  • Content you create: projects, tasks, comments, and files you add to WorkIQ.

  • Google account data: if you connect Google, we access the data described below.

3. Google User Data

When you connect your Google account, WorkIQ requests access to your basic profile, email address, and Google Calendar. We use this data solely to:

  • Identify your account and display your name and email in the app.
  • Read and write calendar events on your behalf to keep WorkIQ and Google Calendar in sync.

Limited Use disclosure: WorkIQ's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it except (a) with your explicit consent, (b) for security investigations, or (c) to comply with law.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve WorkIQ.
  • Authenticate you and secure your account.
  • Communicate with you about the service.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate WorkIQ (hosting, authentication, analytics) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect Google at any time in your profile, which deletes the stored Google tokens. You may request account deletion by contacting us.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal information by contacting us. You can revoke Google access at any time via Google Account permissions.
